A few weeks ago we were all concerned. Now it’s real. The COVID-19 crisis has raised the level of uncertainty in our world to new heights and put most plans for 2020 on indefinite pause. Instead, health, safety and business continuity are at the forefront.

To deal with the new reality with all its uncertainty, businesses need strategic thinking more than ever before. The status quo just won’t do. Each business will have to find a new rhythm for the days ahead. You need a strategy that deals with business during the crisis.

I am personally committed to helping as much as I can so you can succeed even though the way forward isn’t clear. To that end, here’s my commitment to your health and success:

• All ThinkWay services will be virtual until further notice (ThinkPoints, our strategy development web app, was actually designed so it can be used by a distributed workforce).
• Current clients can schedule a COVID-19 virtual strategy session (2 hours) free of charge. We’ll create a short term strategy for your business during the crisis. Our usual workshop parameters apply.
• New clients also can schedule a COVID-19 virtual strategy session (2 hours) free of charge. We’ll create a short term strategy for your business during the crisis. Our usual workshop parameters apply.
• ThinkPoints Strategy Sprints will be offered at reduced rates until further notice so you can restart your business.
